Description and Rules
- this is a participation event; NO SCORE
- each member of the patrol is allowed to launch 1 bottle using the launcher
- maximum amount of time at this event is 10 minutes
- make sure that NO ONE is standing over the bottle launcher
- only the person operating the launcher (and staff) may be on the field
- make sure youth launch the bottle with their hand; they are to bend down or sit on the ground while launching the rockets
- ensure youth HAVE NO BODY PART OVER THE BOTTLE
- PLEASE ENSURE THAT NO ROCKETS ARE LAUNCHED IF SOMONE IS ON THE FIELD.
