Description and Rules
  • make sure to punch/sign the patrol’s event card; please record the number of people in the patrol next to their event card number in the binder
  • teams compete against each other to see who can get the most tiddly winks into the cup
  • the only method participants can use to get the chips into the cup is by pressing one chip on the edge of another and making the chip flip into the cup
